Interior Dash Bulbs - Opinions??

Has anyone fitted these? I think they look good, would love to get rid of the orangey display and change my bulbs to blue to match my HU and phone. (have it in the phone holder and stream MP3's)

Basically want to know how easy to fit, would they even fit a mk2 ph1 clio?

im fairly sure you can go down to somewhere like maplin and get the same leds' for less than seven quid...

I think it looks pretty good! Always dubious about moving away from the standard specification, but i think thats something that looks good!... may even considerdoing it myself if you get on ok!.... ;-)

i changed mine in a mk 2 phase 2, changed everyone i could, the smd code is plcc2. i had to oreder mine on-line. easy bt time consumin! have fun

Is it simply a case of taking out the dials and then replacing a bulb, I'm sure I read somewhere about the bulbs being small LED's that required soldering in the past. If it really is a case of taking out a few bulbs and replacing I'll do it. Anton - Do you have any pics?

See that seems about a million times more tricky than the ebay ad of simply remove the old 4 leds and pop in the new ones. I think I'll leave it

hey, i have those exact bulbs in my mk1 clio and it was more hassle than it was worth to be honest. fitting them wasnt that hard the results just wer not what i was expecting. they are no where near as bright as the picture on the listing, they are so dim infact that in the dark i can hardly read the speedo! i have now had to order some higher rated bulbs to replace them with.
the only way to would be that bright would to replace the actual dial facia with one that has transparent/semi-transparent numbers etc on it., which i cant find any where so if any one knows where to get them please let me know.
