Jaguar F Type R 5.0 V8 New Car Detail

Hi all, another cracker of a car from me; I was commissioned to detail this brand new Jaguar F Type R 5.0 V8 at Hartwell Jaguar in Bristol, laying down some solid protection to match this beast of a machine!

This one had a whole host of options ticked;

Panoramic Sunroof, Rotor Alloy wheels, Ivory and Black combo interior in premium leather, grey leather roof lining and extended premium dash leather package to name a few!

This detail was video'd, With the finished Jaguar F Type R video here -

Going to take a White V6s one out on Sunday.
I'm going to have to cut my credit card up before I go.

Fantastic looking car. White's not my personal preference but still wouldn't say no.

Cracking work as usual mate, looks very well done.

I think that looks lovely in white, the red one next to it is pretty lame next to it.

I don't see the issue. Yeah it looked better before but it's easily reversible. If he's got the money to chop and change then why not?

I can't see the problem with it at all to be honest. There's plenty of premium cars, [with that wheel choice], that would have the majority of CS knocking one out at the sight of it.
Hypocrisy? Jealousy?

So much jelly in here, who's got the ice cream

Who cares, I'd have it.

Just getting in before the normal crap is banded around ;)

That interior (specifically the seats) is amazing. Did a job on one with those wheels and the bloke regretted speccing them after a while. Such a s**t design.

The wheels are so wrong but the car is so so special. Stunning work Andy as always these days.

How are you finding Exo?

I was lucky enough to drive one before its official launch as the garage had a demo one. The wait if ordered at that point was over 12 months depending on engine and spec.

I just couldn't get on with the Red. White first. Black second (I know it hides the curves)

Absolutely love these! Really hoping for some usual Jag depreciation. Really fancy one for my 40th in a few years.

Thought you'd be along, thanks Ian. :)

Thanks mate, really getting on well with EXO and Rob from Gtechniq washed this car a month and a few thousand miles after the detail (for another video) and the beading was unreal. Best I've ever seen!

Can believe the 12 month wait, unbelievable car, but that F Type R didn't give the owner much change from £100k.

I've driven the V8 one and they are just out of this world. So bloody raw. The v6 is great too, I thought it would sound/go noway near the V8 but it's a totally different beast.

There was a black V8 coupe at vmaxx the other week, I thought it would get shown up by the AMGs, GTRs and other supercars on show but it went like sh&t off a shovel. Squatting like hell under launch and sounding better than anything else there.
