Sat peacefully having my tea when a knock comes, and the woman from across the road tells me she has just reversed into my car.

Completely her fault and it'll get fixed. Rung the insurance and they've told me not to drive it incase of chassis damage etc.

Not a good sight seeing your pride and joy in a bit of a state :dapprove:

Too dark for pictures but will up some tomorow.

^ In all fairness she is pretty shocked, is taking all blame and not going into the it shouldn't be parked there bullsh*t. Can't fault her on that.

Just one of them things, not a very well lit street and she couldn't see my car.

Just pissed off it's not drivable, and no doubt their courtosy car will be sh*te.

Agree with everyone else, unlucky but thankfully she owned up to it. I imagine there'd have been nothing worse than waking up in the morning only to find your pride and joy in a bit of a state because some git accidentally drove into your car the night before and drove off.

That's really unlucky, but at least she was honest and is admitting she's in the wrong.

Your extremely lucky you should look on the brightside of this mate nice fresh paint and a deep clean. a good 70% of the british public would of driven away

Bloody hell how hard did she hit it. I hit a neighboors car a few weeks back at idle reversing speed and just left a bit of a scuff on it, went round an ownded up and appologised. She said don't worry about it. Problem solved.

Get some pics up but she must have realy hit it hard to do chassis damage. Its probly drivable tbh just insurance companys over enginerring things as per.

Gutted it will now affect your insurance premium though.

Same thing happened to me months ago. She only scraped it though. Specially inept neighbours are the worst.

Why? hes not claiming off his, its off her insurance.

gutted but like people have said at least she was honest enough to own up!!

you still have to declare accidents when insuring a car, regardless of whos fault it was...i think thats right anyway.

Won't effect your premium though if it is a non fault accident, don't think.

Sorry to hear about your car - gutting - hope it gets sorted.
