well it has the Option to add CD changer and accept auxiliary input so i would say yes

wtf....yes because the ipod adaptor normall goes into the cd changer connection on the head unit and you can see from the picture of the ipod adapter that end connector is like the 1 for the cd changer

straight to the speakers by the looks of it....its basically like adding a cd changer
