at present this is all the names down and a few are date dependent so could possibly be out now as i haven't pulled my finger out this time been to busy at work and home really.

with the numbers atm you would be looking at £110pp rather than the £64 last time round, i think without more people saying yes they would be up for it without having a date first so then we can see how much it will cost us all if that makes scene?

Which dates are still available? If we set a date and pay a deposit for it with a maximum price, then if we manage to get more people involved the price will reduce.

That should encourage people to ask friends etc to reduce the cost.
