light Blue Clio ph2 non standard rear lights

only caught a glance at it! and was 6 cars behind when i was sat at the traffic lights between farnham and bordon where you can turn towards alton. (ie by the sleaford BP petrol station)

not sure if it was anyone from here? they were coming from alton way, turning right towards bordon / lindford.
