M-O-T Fail?

  Clio 172 cup
To put it bluntly the discs on my cup are shagged.

However having recently changed the pads it seems to be braking pretty damn well still. (I'm aware this isn't recommended with old discs btw)

The car's due for an M-O-T next month, just wondered if the condition of the discs will result in the car failing or will it be passable given that it stops within the recommended threshold?

Apologies in advance if this sounds stupid, it's just something I have no idea about. Cheers.

depends if its excesive wear, and how the tester see's it, hit and miss depends on the tester, if your washers dont work, i'd fail it

if they look overly coroded then yes its a fail. take them off and bash the rust off, by test time they will look shiney :D
