Hey Guys !

Here's a few pic of my clio :

Mods :

Engine :

- MK1 Airbox, with megane CAF,
- Acoustic valve gone,

Chassis :

- Dogbone Powerflex

Esthétiques :

- Removed rear wiper,
- Tinted windows,
- Short aerial,
- Flat blade wipers,
- MK2 megane gearknob,
- Full white led inside / outside
- Silvervision front / rear,
- Elbow grease on engine,

- Black engine cover,
- New Renault Sport badges,
- MK1 megane splitter

I'm planning on getting a cup / vee spoiler, meggy footrest, and RS matts

That's it !

It's an old one, I have MK1 airbox now, and Hill power elbow is gone (I didn't want to cut it !)

I drove 3k miles the other week through France and Spain and only saw 3 RS Clios! I thought Britain must be the only place that likes them!

Yep that's what I am thinking too... But I'm afraid that lowering springs would damage my standard shockers...

I guess I'll lower it if I find nice and not too expensive suspension

Looks good, where in France are you? I think i've seen about 5 clio sports in 2 years out here! Lower it on some eibach sportlines imo, will look great and wont cause any problems (unless your after colovers)

Thanks, and I'm not just quite done yet

About the tints, it is true that it is a little bit more tinted that I expected, but I got used to it now... And I like the fact that people can't see me through my windows

Anyway, anyone has an idea of the mods I should add now ? I'm kinda out of ideas

What about a remap or an RS Tuner? Or a decat (although im not sure you can do these mods in France)

lol we can't decat in France, you won't pass the equivalent ok UK MOT...

Still it's doable, because there's only a couple of screws to change the cat on a 182

I'm not quite sure about remap, I'd rather get an english exhaust like Blueflame, Milltek, or others... what would you suggest ?

You know it's funny that you mention it, because everytime I see a UK car with double arm bit, I wonder if it's not because you have way more rain than in France lol

Nice one MoRpH3uS, de-cat, £££ for power is one of the best mods i think you can get for the Clio sports, get it mapped though mate, can get flat spots in the lower rpm running the standard map

Well my decat is not mounted, because it didn't fit ! The hole of the decat didn't get into the manifold :dapprove:

I'm still fighting with the ebay seller to get things sorted out...

Still struggling with the ebay seller to get refund... he claims he couldn't possibly know that the decat wouldn't fit, still, he sold it, so that's his problem now.

Any idea about the mods I should add besides lowering it (I'm looking for eibach springs, -20mm should be nice)
I'm looking for a cup spoiler too, hard to find on second hand market
