Megane Sport inlet on a Clio Sport?

Been speaking to a local lad with a Megane 225 who is planning on upgrading his standard inlet manifold. A question that I have is: If said inlet became available, would it fit my Clio F4R head?

Unsure if the bolt patterns are the same or if the layout of wires etc would be a problem.

Bolt patterns are completely different. And the inlet has a much smaller bore size, which you wouldn't really want unless you were fitting a turbo as well.
