Mid range clio

  2015 Audi S3 Stage 3

why dont renault bring out a mid range clio eg a 1.8 in the facelift model with around 130bhp or a higher end deisel like the 1.9dci with 120+bhp or maybe somethin in the regions of a 140-150bhp model?

there just seems to be a huge gap from the 1.6 16v model at 110 to the 2.0 172/82 anyone else agree?

a de-tuned 2ltr would be an idea too

It would make the 172 less "special" and devalue the Renaultsport brand. I think the emphasis is on the "sport-ness" of the Renaultsport models.

They need a noticable difference between Renault Sport models I belive to differentiate there cars.

I want to see a Renault SPort dci though a 172 mpg just isnt good enough if yor doing big milages.

dci sport would be well cool! round the 150bhp mark to compete with the likes of the ibiza and golf

  182, GTR, C63

I think 30mpg is good! for a 2.0 anyway. 40 can be coaxed but not often i bother. I Would consider a renault sport diesel but i dont think i could put up without a loud petrol exhaust note. Not too fond of driving it like a v8 when it isnt too. But still got love for diesel torque!! Oh and poundstrechin fuel

If I win the lottery Id got a killer dci spec Im going to build.

Dont think they would make it 150 as they know with chips they sell (and are warentied abroad) would take it to more power than the petrol versions which wouldnt be allowed.
