1.2 Mk1 phase 3 clio ---> 1.8 16v Valver engine. F16 not F1 as in the title, lol
Do the mounts have to change? Is is a case of cutting off the originals and welding on the Velver ones?
Searching around i hear the 1.2 clio ones are the same but i not sure if they are strong enough.
Would the DriveShafts be a different lenth?
I could do the conversion at work. To save time i presume i could fit the 16v brakes and suspension first then fit the engine at a later date?
p.s - i have been searching loads, just need these few snippets of info then im ready start,
