mk2 ph1 front fogs

I have a mk2 ph1 without the front fogs. I'm looking into getting some and have already checked behind the blanking caps for the wiring, and luckily for me it's there, saving me a bit of hassle, or is it? im guessing since there's the wiring behind where the fogs should be will the switch for them be on the dash/ stalks already? if not how hard is it to put one in? :/

You'll have to change the stalk too.
