Aye thanks, what sort of speel should I say to start off. I’m looking at going over to another network what can you offer ? That sort of thing or do they ask you loads of questions on why your speaking to cancellation
Cheers for the information, i was enquiring for next time which is around mid next year , just so I know what to do and say. I can certainly do it again for my parents too. I’ll certainly pop it up on here how things get onJust have a look first what better deals out there to what you are paying, you could say you you have been offered it by sky or whoever at a shopping center (they can offer un advertised deals to get you to change)
Or just say it is purely cost, you can't afford it.
They possibly won't put you thru to cancellations first just upgrades so they will then offe you something but that will not be the best.
Just then say no I would like to cancel put me thru to cancellations.
When there they will ask you why you can say whatever you want really, but they will then offer you there best you can also then haggle at that point.
Let's say they offer you 20 quid off and 300 speed ask them for more speed and say 23 off and you will renew now. (If you are happy that is)
They will possibly also say the offer is only available now and won't be if you call back or don't say yes now.
But it won't be! you can always say have to talk it thru with Mrs etc they will leave offer on screen just call back and speak to cancellations again.
Offer will be same or slightly better or worse next time. Deals vary every day.
You will get better deals the longer you have been a customer with them.
Let us know how you get on😉
I F’d off EE & moved to Lebara so far better signal & costs peanuts
backbone of Vodafone, so onto a winner there.I F’d off EE & moved to Lebara so far better signal & costs peanuts

Do you call India / Pakistan much? Seems to be their main markets.
Surely you can just use smoke signals up there?Going to cancel my contract with Three and go back to EE I think, the speed and coverage is just so poor all around the country compared to EE. In a lot of work areas I can’t actually get any signal at all. I assume I can use this reason to get out of the contract? I’m paying for a service which I can’t use etc. I’ll no doubt have to still pay the cancellation fee.

I'm not sure if some of the networks try and wriggle out of it by telling you to use wi-fi calling, plus they may not entertain your complaint with it being work and not at home?Going to cancel my contract with Three and go back to EE I think, the speed and coverage is just so poor all around the country compared to EE. Can’t use WiFi calling because I’m outside/away from WiFi areas 99% of the time at work. Can’t see the work thing being an issue, who buys a data plan if they only use the phone at home.I'm not sure if some of the networks try and wriggle out of it by telling you to use wi-fi calling, plus they may not entertain your complaint with it being work and not at home?
Three months on with Lebara not had one problem with signal or coverage & saved £100 over the EE contract previously.
I might look at Lebara, they share the same infrastructure as Vodafone iirc. Saying that, I’d probably be safer just going with Vodafone as my broadband is with them so I’m assuming I’d get it cheap. God knows what Vodafone’s coverage is like up here though.
It's OK but I went from from Vodafone to EE and it's better. Far more 4G coverage especially further North into rural areas.I might look at Lebara, they share the same infrastructure as Vodafone iirc. I'm with them, changed from Three as I wasn't getting signal at home.Anyone used TalkMobile before?
I've ordered a SIM from them. 50gb for 7.95 a month.. significantly cheaper than my Vodafone contract which has just come to end of it's 2 years.
Plus this is rolling 30 days. And they use Vodafone network

I rate their service, never had issues.
Pay 9.99 a month 80gb data, unlimited calls and texts. Their roaming is good, 5gb per month, fair use. Most places abroad have WiFi the 5gb is nice when exploring.
I have a referral link which gives a free voucher to both of us if you use the link
I didn't read the last bit.... Edited my post to reflectCan I use that link after I've already purchased though?
limited speeds. Not ideal when streaming video such like.Better that £12pm for unlimited everything?
Ah, I thought that was just the speeds abroad (which wouldn't bother me)limited speeds. Not ideal when streaming video such like.
Wouldnt bother me either on that if abroad. But not when at home.Ah, I thought that was just the speeds abroad (which wouldn't bother me)
Called EE up, said i was leaving.
Best deal was £12 PM. Unlimited everything with EU roaming. Limited to 100Mbits.
24 month contract.
Said no thanks. Now looking seeing what is on the market, plenty more with better benefits
Are you locked in for a minimum contract length?I'm with them, changed from Three as I wasn't getting signal at home.

I don’t really get why 100bps was a problem, but good deal that.Weird, requested a PAC, they called again.
Same deal again but offered uncapped.
50GB in Europe max per month.
Said sure.
24 months though.
EE have never hounded me before. But paid off this time.
I’ve been with iD for just over a year now and whilst it seems to be okay at home, whenever I go to work (Leeds), data seems to be really slow and I occasionally struggle to get a call to go through tooIm with iD mobile. Best deal I could find, no issues at all. The contract is cheaper than buying the phone outright and sim only etc.
