Went to my mates Shaun's garage to get my car looked at, cos of it loosing power,
put it on the diagnostic's and found out i need a coolant stage 2 sensor??!!

Had me new digi camera in my car so i took a few photo's of his car to test it out!

nice, didnt know what kinda performance this kit gave, was looking last night outta of interest (and wishing!). . .

guessing by some of the comments that it is likely to make a hole in the front where the engine used to be if not done right . . . . .why is this folks??

I'll get a vid of it next time i see him!! its had a s**t lot of work done to it!!! pistons, more engine mounts!, fuel pressure regulater, Greedy boost controller, There's two stage's for the turbo conversion he said, one takes it to 260bhp and the other over 300. The disc's are brembo and he's got diffferent pads which cost a load! stops really well! he's getting a quaif (think thats how its spelt?) diff of it soon!

How many bhp does it has?!?!?! Here in Mexico theres a shop called Del Rio Power who is the one that provides that Turbo Kit for K-Tec, but K-Tec put some other things to have more hp's.

The co-owner of the store has a 172 with the turbo kit and has 330bhp and well he has blowned his engine 3 times, 3 times he has broken the transmission and 6 times the "arrows" (sorry I don't know if its well to say arrows, but in spanish we called like that jeje sorry).

The turbo goes in the back, where th header goes.

That is seriously good! I bet 1st and 2nd are pretty mucgh useless from a standing start but once rolling, jeeez!

Going off the std weight of the 182 - He will be pushing in the region of 286 bhp / ton!!

There's quite a bit of info on the K-Tec website. They reckon it does 0-60 in under 5 secs...pretty tasty if it can manage it. Don't see any reason why it should go boom if properly looked after. Although the gearbox might struggle with that much power.

Oh 1st 2nd and abit in 3rd wheel spin! its just a rocket!!! yeah he's running toyo 888 tyres on it. the turbo is right down the back i'll get a better pic nxt time i see him (get it up on the lift) and a vid!!!
