My 182 Updated Pics

  VW Caddy Van
Some wee updated pics of my 182 since i got it 3 months ago

It's now lowered 40mm on Ultimate springs which i got off ebay. They were advertised as Apex with a yellow picture then when they arrived they were red and clearly not Apex's. But tbh the ride quality is good and the height is nice but i doubt they are really 40mm springs tbh

Also fitted a KTR panel filter, but replaced the air box on Monday with a BMC CDA. It's awaiting a proper fixing as it's being held to the battery tray bit with wire lol. It pulls so much better than it did with the KTR filter

Anyways pics and will post BMC pics once i get it tidied up

Guessing they are about the same really but whats the KTR filter like? better/ on par with the ITG?

Never had an ITG tbh so couldn't really compare. I bought the KTR after the reviews on here. It was a good filter but it feels better with the BMC so i'm keeping the BMC on it for the for see able future.

The side badges are off for 2 reasons

A) I broke the clips on the bump strip so need new bump strips
B) They are being resprayed at somepoint into a metallic silver

Sorry not been online lately due to work commitments

The BMC uses about the same as my KTR and standard filter used. I rarely see above 26mpg around town. Altho i did see 19mpg the other night lol

Regardless of fuel consumption with the BMC the noise is amazing and feels better through the rev rang so keeping it on for now

I might pop along on the 20th for the meet. I'm possibly Edinburgh bound for a night on the 21st so will need to see wat cash flow is like

I was thinking about a splitter but i'm not paying Renaults price and the CF ones aint much better. Plus with the streets i need to drive it'd get ripped off so need to see. Stopping spending money on it the now due to my garage bill and Christmas, so new year will see a service and it's belts changed

Your motor sounded good with the new ind. kit. I was looking at 1 of them but decided just to get a ITG panel filter...because of the amount of neg. points about the BMC i,m hopefully looking to get a milltek and remap after new year......missus+kid+xmas=skint :dead:

I still have my standard air box with the KTR in it, gonna run a better cold air feed to the BMC after some advise of a focus ST driver on Sunday

I wanna lower it more but atm not got the cash. Want it serviced and belts done then remap and more power

Small Update, got bored of looking at the silver interior trim as it looked to say the least tatty. So came up with a mad idea. Spray them Electric Orange from the Focus ST. So a search of google for the paint code and a trip to Halfords later i had my paint and my mate painted them up for me. Doing the side bullets the same they are done just need bonded on

Things'll be slowing down with the Clio, i currently have 5th popping out randomly :(

Pic of interior trims, not sure whether to do the door handles and dial suround tho?
