Pretty good considering i've seen too many 182's pull around 155bhp standard! :rasp:

  320d
Not great though considering they're supposed to be 180bhp. I'm dreading putting mine on the rollers. I can guarantee I'll end up chasing numbers.

  DON'T SEND ME PM'S!!
No map mentioned to get benefit from the mods. Not really surprised. A map would do a lot to that I expect

TBH, I wouldnt be happy with that....Mine made 182 bhp and mines a 172 cup (without the 182 manifold).

Mods Are:
Decat
Ktec Stealth Exhaust
Panel Filter
JMS Remap

From setting up a 2 stroke bike on a dyno.....

Not all dynos read the same, I originally ran my untuned bike and got 52bhp, on another dyno it got 45bhp!

It now makes 71 on the second dyno, so would probably read 80 on the first?!

True enough, although dyno dynamics ones are reasonably consistant even between different ones.

So comparing say millerins above with the OP its not an unrealistic comparison.

Im sure at least half the gap between them would close up with a remap though, Millerin's has a stone automotive (aka the old JMS) map on it where as the OP sounds like its standard map still as he didnt mention a remap on his spec list.

Get the Viper induction kit off, Have never seen them make the numbers! decent calibration (remap) & the standard airbox should see good gains below 4,000rpm

54bhp lost in the transmission Steve?

Flol!!!

133 @ wheels on dyno dynamics would be 156bhp at flywheel!

  Sunflower Ph1 172
same power my ph1 made with the old engine, on standard induction and sport cat. Hoping for much more from the fresh engine.

Theres no room for a K&N cone in these things - they just suck in hot air constantly, that's why they're slated. They sound good though

  GTiR 394bhp
Where there's a will there's a way-relocate the battery. This is how I'd do it, except I'd have some heat shielding around the filter and box it in still using the standard cold air feeds.

Nothing wrong with Vipers as long as the cold air feed isn't connected. Fatal if it is..

Also as said further up, get it mapped to suit. Waste of time bolting on breathing mods if your not going to get the fueling properly set up
