Took a few pics today after a clean

Since buying it iv bought the private plate and had the only blemish on the paint which was a scuff on corner of rear bumper painted, and iv just bought this of a mate who had it lying in his loft for a few years, milltek stopped making these sges ago. I'm going to get custom Decat centre pipes made to compliment it.

mine isnt bad, £70 brimmed, get anything between 280-320 to the tank. normally does me for about a fortnight

Woeful, 19mpg around town that's not driving hard either. But on motorway saw 34mpg on a drive to Yorkshire

I must confess I do miss the fun factor of a 172 though. Been looking for a cup as a toy and trackday car.

Just got the wheels refurb'd today at pentland powdercoating. Over the moon with the finish. They were pretty badly kerbed and corroded since I bought it and been wanting to get them done for ages. I also bought genuine bmw centre caps.

Lol. All the time mate. Love clios. I do fancy another cup but not as my main car. The bmw is so nice to drive and so well built compared to the clios. But for fun factor clios win hands down.

28MPG average in mine over a few tanks, it does love the oil though! Fine for the miles I do as it lasts me a couple of weeks.

Mines tram-lining like a b*****d at the moment so need to have a look at bushes as its quite scary at speed when you get caught in some lorry ruts on an A road in the wet!

Wish my wheels were as unkerbed as yours! The previous owner loved driving into kerbs

5 speed manual so that would make a difference. Apparently the 6 speeds are considerably better.

So I sourced a genuine BMW performance silencer and quickshift

I also bought a new shorter m sport gearknob

I got a good deal on opie oils and also bought a genuine oil filter. Booked it in at the garage and had the bits fitted and oil and coolant changed.
