My French Clio 182 "White Pearl"....

Car  Clio 182 White CUP
Hello,

I am French and fascinated by Renault Sport.

I present you my project which I realized in one year: save Clio RS2004 and modify it with parts from Clio Cup and Clio GrN.

As I like saying it: a car class, sober and effective.

I am sorry but my English is not perfect... :S

I am going to try to reveal you my project thanks to the numerous photos which I have..... :o

Start:

My first Clio : Clio II MK3 1,2L 16V....

I can see all of them, just a bit of a weird thread.

I can see all of the photos but where does the story end, have you re-shelled the crashed white car?

Confused, so your re-building the white one?

Looks like a nasty crease in the middle of the chassis

so... have you fit the engine into the moor door shell or restored the white 182?

BTW white 182s look mint

I am going to try to answer you. It is an excellent exercise to work my English....

I was lucky to have a big garage for the project. ;)

Yes, I have reconstruct this clio on my own.

great thread, very well documented! so everything shall go onto the other white shell yes?

did you get the shell dirsct from dieppe or just from renault? :)

good luck

Oooo I like this project already!

So are you cutting the boot floor out of the new shell and swapping it with the white 182 item?

WOW, great thread if a little strange, but it seems to be making a picture now. For a minute I thought you were going to put all the 182 stuff into the 4 door.

Looking forward to more photos

JEEZES!!!
what a project

;)

Is that a new shell? So there is 3 cars on the go here?

Yes, it's a new shell for the Clio 182.
My first Clio (1,2L 16V) is my car for every day.

fack! A bet that shell wasnt cheap!

Yes, but this shell come from Renault.
I managed to negotiate a very good price(prize).

For information, the Clio society shell have the same references and the same price as the clio RS 172 shell !!!

They are identical !!!!

Just thought i'd let you know, your steering wheel is on the wrong side ;)

:rasp: ;)
