My ph-ickie gets a ph-icker play mate ;-)

Recently got offerd a new job which comes with a company car so I was on the look at for something cheap but with the same performance.

But what could be cheaper than a ph1 and quicker???? A turbo converted valver of course!!! Picked this black valver up yester and its nothing short of insane! It was dyno'd last month at 170 bhp ATW and about 200 bhp at the fly and 189 lb ft Torque.

Its a low boost conversion running about 8-9 PSI, the torque is brilliant and the wooooosh from the turbo is great. Its running a nice sublte waste gate that gives a nice chatter.

The thing I love about it most is that it looks like such a sleeper he he.

Not compared to my ph1 side by side by its def a bit quicker. But dont think there would be much in it.

Got so many plans for it, like striping, caging etc etc. Just needs a few cosmetic things sorting out first.

Love the way the valver drives im very impressed, big repect goes out to other valver drivers.

Here are some pics of my ph1 ans the valver turbo:

No bad! :) Needs a bit of TLC, but a good find!

Ye, she really needs a bit of tidying up here and there.

I plan to powder coat the wheel black, night rider FTW.

Also gonna take it to RS tuning to make sure its mapped correctly.

I think its quicker than my ph1 but not by much, my ph1 is not exactly standard.

so is the ph1 being sold bud?

Ye I take delivery of my lovely Vauxhall Vectra company car in about two months time so the ph1 will be up for sale very soon and with only 42k miles on her I expect her to sell quickly.

Im going to park up the valver for two months until I sell my ph1, so its going to kill me watching her sit on the drive! At least that gives me time to tidy the body work up and tinker with it.

The previous owner said it could safely run 15 PSI of boost or 220 BHP but the clutch and gear box would last 5 seconds lol.
