Car  van low and 1.6 16v
Same as the others. Came up cheap bought as a non running dci.

Plans to have a nice yellow turbo van with 02m. But as per I'm so undecided on what I'm going to do with it as I planned 4x4 with my blue so was going to use the turbo set up and start fresh with that.
So anyways this is the build so far.

Something like this? Probs won't have to run a drastic angle like I've drawn like 😂 Screamer pipe down at the floor or the option to put it back into the downpipe? 👀

Going to put the wastegate onto the turbo as far round as possible

I'd be more tempted to wang the hole saw through the collector rather than stick it on the housing tbh. Could even sneak the screamer down underneath over the gearbox

Unless you're going full send and you're sticking it out of the bonnet 😂

Best flow will be at turbo. Seen it done before. Worse case I redesign it.

Theres only one way it's going, it won't be a daily but will be making a system incase it's too loud

Putting it in the exhaust housing like that would not only be a pain in the arse, it will disrupt the pulse waves into the turbine by quite a bit.
If you don’t want to add a hole to the collector, and both the collector and turbine housing are V band. Why not add a small extension with a V band at both ends to fit between the collector and turbo and take the wastegate off of that?

It only needs to be long enough to tee the wastegate pipe off.

Don't see how it's going to be a pain in the arse considering I've just made the manifold. That was a pain in the arse, welding on to the house is far easier.
If it doesn't work it only costing a new housing.

Over the weekend I've decided where I'm putting the wastegate, made up templates for my intercooler end caps, cut the bumper for intercooler and made a copy of the chargers mounting points to have a new one made to spec for the bigger charger to fit in the same place.

I'm sure you would. That said you wouldnt pay what I'd let them go for

Might be able to get a tial exhaust housing with external w/g flange already fitted mate, ive seen them for the smaller gt25/28 before.

Dressed up the housing and got it welded. Just to rebuild the wastegate then make the exhausts. Once happy with it all manifold and turbo house will be heat treated.

Got hungry, cut some pies.

1st attempt at this kind of fabrication. Needs few adjustments but so far going well.

Can see why its costly to have someone make it
