need help!!!!

my exhaust has started to make a sort of vibrbration/bussing noise at certainn revs not only underload but when staionary aswell, any ideas?, somone suggested baffles? maybe in the cat?, sorry if i sound like a noob i dont know much about exhausts lol

Is it a standard exhaust? If so it could be the 4k rattle. It could be the heatshield...but this would vibrate quite frequently at any revs and even more so when stood still with engine ticking over.

yes it is standard, no its about 2k, no had the heatsheild re attached earlier in the year :/
