ok, i'm on the lookout for a new motor as i recently wrote mine off
i was originally on a budget of 2-3k so i was lookin at a mk2 1.4 16v si or similar.

but i'm a bit tight on money now so i'm lookin for something abit cheaper.
...theres a 1998 mk1 ph3 1.4s maxim for sale nearby with 55k on the clock, it seems in excellent nick and its up at £1200. just wondered wot everyones opinions are on this particular model??

pics of other peoples mk1's lookin sexy would help as i'm abit undecided whether i like em or not :dapprove:

Yes they do have a rev counter.. well my mates one does anyway..

Thats quite low mileage.. seems liek a good deal.. go along and see what its like.. if its good then snap it up..
