New Mk3 Clio Dynamique S 138 2.0

Picked up the new clio yesterday.

Plans are to lower it 40mm and spacers on the rear, i have got a spoiler on order, nothing chavy just the one you can buy from renault.

Spec:

2.0 VVT 138bhp - 6 speed
Half leathers
Climate
Xenons
Rear tints

Nice car there mate, if you lower it i would put spacers front and rear will look better trust me ! id also get the side strips colour coded and sports grill and your onto a winner !

As for spacers yes i have spacers on the front and read 25mm each corner ! and still think the rear could come another 5mm or so !

It will loosen up loads if its anything like ours, 19k on ours now since we picked it up march 07, pulls indicated 130 with ease tbh.

its so smooth and the torque is a wide band, pulls hard from 3.5k in any gear. does not need anymore power as the suspension and steering only just cope as it is, its not aimed at the hot hatch market.

I thinks its quite a rare color I havn't seen many before.

Colour is Oyster Grey.

Good seats but dont offer much support round the bends, or am i going to fast? lol

Nice car to drive aren't they? Nice an torquey - same engine as the Pug 206 GTi 138 I believe, which makes sens as PSA an Renault have shared engines before, and they;re both 138bhp heh

Yeah I beleve its the engine from the Nissan Qashqai 4x4... must have used the same suspension setup too lol.

Quick Update...

Have got the 45mm H&R springs on order and trying to find some spacers.

Received my MK3 clio spoiler so need to get that painted and fitted.

Heres a quick photoshop.

What do people think of gloss black wheels?

That's going to look sweet dropped a touch, the wheels will look nice in black too.

Went to see one of these on saturday, got there & clocked the panoramic roof (which we don't want) Looked at a nocturne one in the afternoon, sales man was well out on a deal, so came away empty handed.
