new suspension and brakes help

I have two warped discs and fooked pads and my rear shocks are s**t. Ideally I want coilovers, not a realy s**t cheap set but about middles of the range. I also want better brakes such the big brake kit from Ktec but they don't seem to do anything for the diesels.anyone suggest somewhere or any certain products?
