New Tyres - Eagle FI GS-D3 205/45 R16

I just bought myself 4 nice crimbo presents!!

Well impressed as I bought them on mytyres.co.uk and they were here in 2 days! Old ones were causing me serious grief and was slidding all over the place

Any recommendations on the best way to run them in? Some say they'll be fine if you thrash from 50 miles onwards others say run them calmly for 200 miles ish!!??

Oh well they are here and can't wait to have them fitted

Very good choice!

You should as a rule wear them in a bit, but it doesn't take long to do this.

I was throwing mine around nicely after about 100miles.

Did you have to pay to get them fitted if so how much? Places round here want around £15 a tyre, if the tyre's not bought from them.
