Nitrous couple of quick Qs



Only looking for a small increase in power say 25BHP, Will i be okay with just a dry kit and relying on the knock sensor to add extra fuel. I dont fancy installing a wet kit with the effort of tapping into the fuel line etc etc....

Umm any thoughts opinions valued ta :)
 
  C63 AMG, F430 & 172
im running a 150 hp shot (wet) but i have a steel crank, forged rods, forged pistons etc.. IIRC MATTBLACK blew up 3 172 engines with a 50hp shot (wet) and using a progressive controller
 
Oh dear that doesnt sound to good then lol, even with a small increase? To be fair i wouldnt use it often. But am i correct in thinking a dry kit is just a standalone system and doesnt add fuel then?

yea, dry basically pums the N20 into the inlet, hence the danger, but cheap fun all the same LOL

morky runs 75bhp jet with no internals upgraded this is a dry system and his runs fine his had a good few bottles through it, he used plenty at rockingham behind k-tecs turbo and it seemed good
