oil ok light on 172 cup

Hi
Recently the oil ok light has stopped coming on when i start my car, just goes straight to the milage
does anyone have any suggestions to what might be wrong?

Mine hasn't worked for years, I don't/didn't trust it anyway.

It occasionally stopped working on my Cup as well. As Fletch says, wouldn't ever trust it.
