opinions needed

after a new car, i could sellmy clio for about 6 grand or thereabouts, common sence tells me to get a newer car (mine is 51 plate), guts say get older one like 106 gti or soemthin? im 19, at uni, bit skint, payin 1000 for mine fully comp, cant afford to pay much more really, would like to put it in my name.

what should i do?! new civics any good? would like free insurance!

any suggestions guys?

because you want a fairly new car get a 106 GTi or saxo VTS !! or a realy late phase 2 valver !!

its just the insurance, its so high! and appart from hadling and performance, its a downgrade from my car really. i dont know, i do love 106 gtis, came so close to gettin one month or so ago, just insurance that stopped me.

but handling and performance is what its all about !! insurance shouldnt be that much

it is, im 19, 3rd party is about 2000! cant find any cheaper anywhere

106 Gti. Im currently trying to blag a go in a friend of mines ( shes a girl, doesnt want me to drive it "in case I hurt its feelings!"). Its a lovely looking littla car. Jet black on a V plate.
