So, Did Cadwell Park trackday on Saturday!!!!
Great fun............................ Until, PAS Failed in dramatic fashion (car decided to jettison all of the fluid, which then caught fire) Can't see exactly what is happening but I think the pipe has failed not the pump itself????? How complicated to replace????? I refilled the fluid to see if the old fluid had simply got too hot and pushed past a seal due to its age and degraded state but once filled and restarted the fluid spurted quit happily back out being flung up by the belt just behind the front offside headlight.
Any helpful ideas / comments welcome
