Lv76 with my main character now and finishing off the Daedric quests before the DLC's announced.
Mental, mental game. Think I'm over 200 hours now.
Smithing makes this game too easy.
Thought I was the only one still on this! About 170 hours so far... Mind you, my internet's still broken so I've got fuckall else to do on an evening in.
Level 15 on my 2nd play-through. Specialising heavily in destruction and conjuration magic with a bit of enchantment and alchemy thrown in. Trying to run through it with absolutely no weapons and no armour. I can deal a lot of damage being so specialised but even at level 15 there's folk who can kill me in one blow.
Should get easier now I'm rocking the Arch-mage robes and my first Dragon Priest Mask.
What's great about this game is that I'm still discovering things despite it being my 2nd play-through and being 170 hours plus in. Recently found some hot springs that I've never seen before. There were a couple of dudes in their kecks just lounging around in them. Also found some big deserted ancient maze type thing which was cool. Nearby there's this wooden mask thing that teleports you to a Dragon Priest shrine. Collect all the masks, put them on this shrine and it gives you a special bonus mask. Who knew?! I'd been flogging all mine.
Dragonscale/Dragonplate armour looks pretty cack too.
What's everyone's carry limit?
I'm up to 695 now.

A word of caution on spamming the Smithing skill - It's very easy to level up doing it and the world will level up with you. All of a sudden you could find yourself facing dudes you're not quite ready for because your weapon/magic skills are lagging behind.
Having said that, IMO smithing is by far and away the most powerful single skill in the game. The enchanting is good but it's trickier to level up.
Just checked and it's 696! PMSL!
when do i take on my first dragon?
