PH1 172 White with Black Bonnet - A217

Had a black bonnet and black wheels. Older female driver from what I could see.

Unfortunately, it was being towed by a 4x4 so had obviously broken down somewhere.

Was on the A217 not far up from the Mad Mile, headed towards the Cheam crossing.
