Also, anyone with a Milltek... if you use a metal polish on your tips, be careful around the etched area, where it says "Milltek Sport". I cut the etching right back on mine, since I prefer them to be clean, than etched.

A fair few people have done it iirc, judging by the 'stripes or no stripes' threads I've seen.

Personally I think it looks spot on without.
