Some pics from my country lane blast today

Megane front splitter to be added shortly, also front and rear upper strut braces and maybe a de-cat pipe!?!? What do you think?

Exhaust needs to be straighted up I know and doesnt look quite as dire as it does in these pics! It looks massive but really isnt in the flesh.

Lowered on Apex springs, a nice height tbh. Would love some avos coilovers like on my previous Zetec-S but funds wont allow atm

No clue what the exhaust is, its some sort of custom system but unsure of what brand, they did a bad job of hanging it straight though

EDIT: found a receipt from a company called "Fusion Autotech, Topgear" ??? Any clues?

I honestly never heard any knocking but I do have the loudest exhaust in the land.

Eibachs are great. They're as low as the Apex at the front which hasn't really solved my speed bump issue but the back is far too high. I very nearly backed out of the sale and re-fitted the rears.

Rears are perfect for me, just need some stiffer shocks tbh

I think that is what I should have done. Kept the springs and bought uprated shocks.

Arent topgear the place that do alloys cheap online? I was going to buy some alloys off them at one point, i asked about 12 month finance and was asked to jsut write out 12 cheques post dated!

Nope, Dan Page got a replacement fitted before I bought it. Since then the good old dif circlip went on me so that was replaced a month or so ago.

Its getting tidyed up nicely Really need a replacement steering wheel and gearknob though.

Gunna save for a set of coilovers I think as I loved the last set I had on my Zetec-S.

How do you know the car mate? What place in Peterborough, thats not that far from me.
