Pioneer/Renault Stalk Adaptor- Online

Anyone got a link to where I can buy an adaptor online??

Must be compatible with 96N reg that came with OE Blaupunkt Cassette with Radio/Volume control stalk.

Can the stalk be removed? May just get Pioneer remote??
