T2 PHY is what I have on mine and never regretted it. I was originally looking for £600 for my plate to give you an idea of value (although I am now selling the plate with the car).

no, why do people get private plates that are car specific. Its c**k-ish. ull only sell the car once u eventually get it on.

I agree with that to some degree.. I understand getting one if its related to the owner ie. name, or initials. But getting a plate that spells out what car they have got is abit silly.. Just a waste imo...

It helps to differentiate your car when you sell it (especially for a Trophy). And if you can afford it why not? Nothing to lose.

Maybe, you including it in the sale of your car means you lost £600

That's a lot of cash for most people!

I ended up getting £350 for the plate which is what I paid for it. Plus it helped my car stand out both while I owned it and when I wanted to sell it.

£350 is only 2.5% of the purchase price of a Trophy, or just 7 tanks of fuel, so it isn't the biggest investment in the world! When I was in Australia I had to pay an annual fee for having a custom plate - so any custom plate here represents good value in my eyes.

Cheers
O.
