Just a quickie for anyone who knows...
Whats the general timescale between requesting to return a car (paid just under half so entitled to return it if I pay the remaining balance) and actually returning it? I think I read you need to send a letter or something so I assume its not quick.
I did try to call RFS today but didnt have much joy, they are open till 10pm but the people I need to speak to seem to work the same hours as me so I cant get hold of them at the moment.
Also interested in where they need to be taken, the blurb says "a location of our choice" which sounds a bit scary, hope its local!
