refurbing wheels flash/curing time

Im going to refurb the white steels on the rallye. Ive looked at painting the wheels in the guides section and ive done a fair bit of painting myself, just wondering how long should i leave the primer before painting, and how long between coats of paint, and how long before i laquer?

when i did mine mate i did 3 to 4 coats of primer, allow 20mins between coats, then leave for 24hours. then the same for paint and same for laquer. remember even though the laquer will be dry after 24hours it can take up to a week to fully harden.
