Removal of External Clio Badge

At the weeknd i tried to remove the Clio badge from the boot of a mk2 172, I warmed the badge with a hairdryer got a old credit card tried to remove it and it looked like there was pinned to boot.

I didnt want to pull any more incase it was deff pinned.

Can anyone confirm that it is just a stuck on badge?

no, it has two pins going through it dude, u need to get the holes smoothed if you take it off!

if u get a screwdriver with a cloth on it, you can lever it off easily enough.

just dont leave it lying around because dogs seem to like chewing them up!

if u want to take it off but dont wanna pay to get it smoothed, im in the process of spraying mine the colour of my car so it blends into the boot abit better, but can always be sprayed back to chrome if you come to sell it.

I had it smoothed on my old 1.2. IMO it looked better for it too
