Remove front seats off rail?

Probably a realy simple question, did a quick search but couldn't find relevant information...

Can you remove the front seats (without taking the whole rail off), and if so how? Don't wanna go unscrewing stuff without knowing the answer I simply want to vac under my seats haha!

No, you have to remove the seats completely.

Its not worth it, just duct tape some hose to your hoover and do it like that

You can.
Just undo the nuts on top of each rail. Then you can lift the seat without undoing the rails from underneath.
Three nuts on one rail, two on the other.

Careful of the driver side one though, on the rail closest to the handbrake is the seat position sensor that is riveted to the rail. This'll break.
On the driver side probs best to just undo the side closest to the door and leave the other side bolted on and just tilt the seat.
