Removed rear seats

As above removed the rear seats a little while ago for a trackday and like not having rear seats as

1. It means I have an excuse to not give people lifts

2. I have s**t loads more boot space

My question is what have people used to make the flooring on theres once they have removed it? Carpet on some thin wood or something ?

Looks like a false floor (wood covered with carpet) or just carpet over the top of the bit that's left.

Wouldn't bother personally, just get window tints if you don't want to look like a messy fucker.

I built mine with MDF and bought some acoustic carpet and carpeted it with that.

As for having more boot space, beware anything that you put in there ends up flying to the front when you brake hard, I had the pleasure of a tool box in my back when I had to brake for an idiot that decided to turn left at the last minute.

Just want to make it a little bit neater... Tints are more expensive than Carpet id imagine... where do you go about getting carpet from? Local carpet place im guessing? Anywhere online is im stuck for time this week!

I got my carpet from there and the adhesive to stick it to the MDF

Yeah I used that size but I needed two rolls of that size, mine's in two pieces so I've still got access to my spare wheel. Give us 10 minutes I'll get some photos of it.
