Removing aircon from a ph1 172

I wish to remove my aircon pump, but keep my PAS pump, without being bent over by renault for brand new 172 cup brackets and an alternator.

I have been searching high and low for a reasonably priced 172 cup aux setup but not having much luck, and I know you can rid the car of aircon using brackets from the likes of lagunas and volvos etc. But afaik they require the removal of the PAS pump also?

Are there any alternatives to the 172 cup setup to do this?

That requires the cambelt to be changed at the same time though? Mine was done only 18k miles ago, so don't want to do it any time soon.

My bad, I assumed when it said crank pulley that it was the cambelt crank pulley. Thanks for the link, I'll read up on it now
