removing renault diamonds on wheels for painting

want to remove my diamonds for painting but i am unsure if it is possible and iff so how can i do it? looks like a difficult mask-up if they cant be removed. tempted to lift them with a flathead but dont want to break them :dead:

What wheels are they? Take the centre caps off and poke them out from the back.
