hi, this is one of my cars, a Clio 1.6 16v, and now where i work were building a Plug & PLay Turbo Kit for this cars, heres some pics

Plug and play turbo sounds cool, what sort of power are you hoping to get?

were not aiming for any power, lets see what it makes, stage 1 will be low boost, 0.5 / 0.6bar more or less

i would be interested in one of these kits if they were low boost so they were reliable but giving a nice daily 140/150bhp or so with torque!

The cooler fits in snug there, good choice. Did you measure up etc before hand then or just guessed roughly. Will keep an eye on this, good luck

It should do. The only difference between the two engines is the stroke. Also most parts are the same on bot which makes me believe that it should be that different.

My plan was to get the Twingo RS crank and rods and the complete head to make a hybrid k4j engine.

Now with this kit i will be really interested too dependind on cost and reliability.

It's a great result! Have you got stock internals? Pistons, connecting rods etc.?

lol, its more fast than the 172 and 182, tested 8)

its already done, and we already sold a few

in that kit, it was a commom Garrett T25, nothing more, nothing less

its a 172 / 182 Killer car loool
