Renault dealer is thick as s***

Ive had a pretty bad braking noise now for a few weeks, like a knocking/grinding when i brake lightly, and the brakes are s bit squeaky.

Got a Mk3 clio 1.4, so break pads shouldnt be really worn.

Got worried, so took it to renault today, they say they couldnt hear the noise, but had a look and checked brakes, suspension, everything. Took the 'theres nothing wrong stop bothering us' tone

Got the car back now, the noise is still there :S wtf!!!

Also, i wanna paint the brake calipers, if i did this and decided to send it back in for them to have another look at the noise would it void my warranty?

Help me!!!

i wouldn't paint your calipers just yet, wait untill your happy they are fixed, they could go down the warranty route if you paint them
