replaced engine mount... still movement a little..

Dont if im being picky and was used to my seat before, but ive just replaced the mount under battery, was a big hole in rubber so it defo needed doing, fitted it all back together and the gearstick still moves back and forth slightly on and off the power, the engine i can move with my hand no more than a 1cm now though...

Is this normal ?

Yeah, it has to have some movement or it would shake the car to bits!
