Replacement for a 8800GT

My GFX card has bitten the dust, looking for a similar replacement, but as the 8800GT is now discontinued and I have no idea what the equilervent card is nowadays, looking for something that wont bottleneck my comp and give me any unneeded expenditure. (and be as quiet as poss)

I currently have a Q9300 processor and 4gb ram btw.

Just got a Gigabyte 460gtx 1gb for £180, Awesome card for the money, both cards have basically the same performance so it comes down to ATI or Nvidia Had nothing but problems with my ATI card so went back to nvidia.
