replasing panels mk1 clio

hi all, im new to this and dont know to much, so dont take the mic!
ive been driving now for like 3 month and have a clio mk1 but the driver side back arch is rusted quite bad as well as the frount passanger side wing(if that the right word) is badly dented!
ive had a look at panals on the net coz im trying to fix it as cheep as posibal wilst hopefully still looking good and was quoted £417 at me local body shop (thats with me giving them the panals) and im thinking that a bit steep!
so if eny one out there has eny advice or tip can they help????

you should look around i payed £200 for my rear passenger arch to be cut out and replaced and re-sprayed and he supplied all the parts too (panel, paint) and its a top job that hes done too

If your front wings are dented, replace them with the plastic wider ones from the 16v or williams version

About £40 a side unpainted I think!

thanks! went to the scrappy the other day and got the frount wing for £5 same colour n all
