I posted a little while back that my car went in to get the 4k rattle and rear shock looked at.
Renault kindly told me neither was covered on the warranty (only covered on the 1st year!) and they had already changed the shock, £75 for me to pay, and a new intermediate pipe for the zorst would be £180 + fitting
& Got a hold of the service manager and Renault customer service, nothing they could do!
Thought f**k it, gotta be worth another phone call. 1 more ear bashing later all cost getting covered by Renault!
JACKPOT!
Why they can just do it first time round I dont know! sh*troen were the same when I had the Paxo.
