the bearing musn't be fitted right at the top of the coilovers, this should have been fitted just the same as it was when the standard springs where in, i think it is the flat side down
removed the helper spring completely?? would that not make it really low? n extra bouncy?? n also i was trying to show the bearing separate, ussually sits in rubber mount but bearing nearest top right?
The helper spring is only there for when the car loses all of its weight ie over a hump back bridge for example. I'm not in the habit of doing jumps in the car so its fine! In all seriousness, I did a few track days in it and I didn't notice a blind bit of difference! Except when there was no clunking!
