cant really tell from this angle like, but i took a fair bit off both sides, as much as i could....never had any rubbing or anything (7mm spacers, 195/45/16 tyres, -0.5 neg camber)

(bearing in mind my archliners are now back in due to me going back to standard)

RS bumpers are taller than Non-RS. when i parked next to Immi in the past, his looked well lower from the front on, but the coilovers were set wayy higher.

yes i can see where your coming from . did you take the bumper off to do this or was it just a wheel off job . ?

also what about the rear of your car ? did the bumper mounting point ever catch ? and if now was it extremely close ?

no never caught on that (that could just be your 205 tyres). It was VERY close to the arch, but never caught on it, just seemed to be a perfect fit with 195/45

I ran the rears without the adjusting rings/platforms at one point, and it still never caught on the back.

thanks ! No, 16 inch Turinis. These will also widen your tracking solving the rubbing to your struts

might need to look into getting some 195 tyres then . its an expensive hobbie , modifying cars hey ;) . it seems very close / slightly touching the bumper mounting point on the rear . the rest of the back is fine mind as i got them rolled .

i never had mine rolled, probably why it was close to the arch. never had a problem with the mounting point though, never looked at it really.......wasnt worn or marked though for defo

tbh the back aint the main concern , just a mechanic at a garage pointed it out earlier ( 195 tyres should sort that ) just the fronts really .

16" turinis will widen my track ? how come ?

in comparison to the normal 172FF wheels they have a different offset (ET) that will make them stick out a bit more (0,5mm each side i think)

This is the only diffrence between the track of the 172 Cup + 172 FF as the hubs etc. are the same with these

Get some rubber spring wraps that fit inside the coils, solved my mates corsa problem of 60mm lowering on 18s, rubbed over anything, then popped to the caravan shop, and got some rubber strips that wrap into the springs. smoothens the ride out slightly aswell
